c.A A A A A Tax Clearance Certificate valid for the current year issued by the BIR/ITR stamped -œreceived- by the BIR immediate preceding calendar year, or printed copy of the electronically filed ITR with a copy of its Payment Confirmation Form from the authorized agent bank stamped -œreceived- by the BIR.
4.A A A A The supplier who submitted the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Quotation (LCRQ) and conformed with the required specifications, shall be awarded the Contract after the evaluation by the BAC.
