The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of automatic terminals with barriers for the purpose of entry and exit of motor vehicles and automatic cash registers intended for payment of parking fees for temporary parking of motor vehicles; i.e.: parking facilities with complex parking management software; associated licenses to the extent and under the conditions specified in the description of the subject of the contract. PAAS s.r.o. is interested in concluding a Framework Agreement for the purchase and delivery of 100 sets of parking equipment with professional installation of a ticketless parking system with duration of 5 years, including: - transport, assembly, installation, software installation and commissioning, - provision of a warranty period, warranty service and technical support for 5 years from the time of commissioning, -delivery technology without the need for repeated license fee payments, parking system SW updates for a period of 5 years from the time it was put into fully functional operation, -protocol handover of hardware (hereinafter referred to as HW), software (hereinafter referred to as SW) and SW licenses; complete technical documentation; project documentation; licenses will be tied to the name of the Purchaser; complete administrator access to SW, including administrator access data to HW for managing, managing, administering and system setup, -retraining of authorized persons of the Purchaser for the purpose of servicing, HW repairs, setting up and operating software, managing all software related to park management...
