PKP LiniaHutnicza Szerokotorowa Sp. z o. o. in Zamość asks for a price offer for the successive delivery of quartz sand precisely specified in the procedure. After evaluating the offers, the Ordering Party will inform the tenderer who submitted the most advantageous an offer that is not subject to rejection due to the need to submit a Declaration constituting Annex No. 1 to the proceedings, signed in accordance with the representation. When submitting an offer, the contractor is obliged to submit documents together with the offer and upon the first delivery ( declaration of performance, safety data sheet / and other current documents confirming quality) enabling the assessment of compliance of the offered item with the requirements of the Ordering Party. By entering the procedure, the tenderer accepts the following conditions: 1. Unit price includes transport costs. 2. The offer is valid for a minimum of 30 days from the end of the procedure.3. Delivery required to: PKP LHS sp. z o.o. Grupa Magazynowa ZamośćBortatycze, Wysokie 3, 22-400 Zamość, in the quantities specified in description of the subject of the order.4. Deliveries only between 7.30 a.m. and 2.30 p.m..5. Required payment term is 30 days from receipt of goods and invoice.6.
