WARS S.A. begins the purchasing process aimed at selecting a dairy supplier for the stationary catering needs of WARS S.A. All details regarding the purchasing process can be found in the attached documentation. In order to submit the offer correctly, you must: - complete unit prices of products and information required by the Ordering Party by completing the Offer Form; - within the deadline indicated in the purchasing process (until the date of submission of offers), send samples of the offered products; - pay the required deposit of PLN 23, 000.00 - submit product cards for the entire offered range together with the offer. The Ordering Party reserves the right to carry out further stages in this process, e.g. electronic auction and/or negotiations. Note: Any questions, including requests for changes the content of the contract or description of the subject of the order may be submitted until the date indicated on the purchasing platform as "Date for ending questions". Subsequent requests to modify the contract or the subject matter of the purchasing process in any respect will not be accepted possibleContractors who submitted samples in the process number CZZ.002.42.2744.2026.MK do not have to submit samples in this process under 2 conditions: 1 - they offer the same product that they offered in the previous process; 2 - they inform the Ordering Party of their willingness qualifying samples from process number CZZ.002.42.2744.2026.MK for this process via the Questions/Information tab.
