WARS S.A. begins the purchasing process aimed at selecting a supplier: Package No. 1 - dairy products for the WARS S.A. warehouse. Package No. 2 - dairy products for the stationary catering of WARS S.A. Each of the Packages is a separate subject of the order. The supplier may submit an offer for any number of packages. All details regarding the purchasing process are included in the attached documentation. In order to submit the offer correctly, you must: - complete the unit prices of the products and the information required by the Ordering Party by completing respectively: Offer form for Package No. 1; Offer form for Package No. 2 - within the deadline indicated in the proceedings (until the date of submission of offers), send samples of the offered products; The Ordering Party reserves the right to carry out further stages in this process, e.g. electronic auction and/or negotiations. Note: Any questions, including requests to change the content of the contract or the description of the subject of the order, may be submitted until the date indicated on the purchasing platform as "Question end date".
