Purchase and successive delivery of water supply materials and sewage for the purposes of implementing investment tasks and ongoing maintenance of the water supply and sewage network by GZK in Kruliwiec 1. The subject of the order is the purchase and subsequent delivery of water supply and sewage materials for the needs of implementation of investment tasks and ongoing maintenance of the water supply and sewage network by the Commune Zakład Komunalny in Kruliwiec. 2. Water supply and sewage materials provided by the Contractor must: 1) meet the requirements specified in the Act of 16 April 2004 on construction products (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1213);2) be brand new, unused, of appropriate type and quality, free from defects and damage, not subject to the rights of third parties and covered by the Contractor's warranty granted for a specified period in the offer;3) has the certificates, approvals, declarations of performance, national declarations of performance, declarations of conformity or other documents required by law, confirming the admission of the materials to trading and application in the territory of the Republic of Poland. The Contractor will provide the Ordering Party with documents relating to the materials actually delivered no later than on the day of their delivery; 4) be selected in accordance with the principles of technical knowledge and construction practice and be suitable for type of work...
