The Ordering Party, acting on the basis of the authorization resulting from Art. 16b section 2 of the Public Procurement Law (hereinafter referred to as PZP), allows offers involving supplies that are the subject of this procedure (all packages 1 to 21) only to goods originating from European Union Member States and third countries that are parties to the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement or other agreements international agreements guaranteeing access to the public procurement market on the basis of reciprocity and equality, to which the European Union is a party.
