Purchase and maintenance of a comprehensive information system for the needs of the institution's central and external pharmacy The subject of the public procurement is supply, installation, implementation, adaptation, integration with the client's existing systems and maintenance and support comprehensive information system for the needs of the central and external pharmacy of UKC Ljubljana (hereinafter: the system), which includes software for managing hospital pharmacy activities, public pharmacy activities, galenic laboratory activities and financial material storage operations of the central and departmental warehouses. The subject of the public procurement also covers the purchase of permanent licenses of the information system (including for PDAs/terminals for data capture (with a built-in barcode and 2D code reader)), integration with WWKS2.0 for outpatient and hospital pharmacy needs and maintenance (of the information system and APP for PDAs/data capture terminals (with built-in barcode and 2D code reader)) for 24 months, including unlimited updates. In the implementation phase, the contractor will have to set up and run the test IT environment, and set up the production environment and run it in production. The supply of PDAs/terminals for data capture (with built-in barcode and 2D code readers) is not subject to this public orders.
