PURCHASE AND INSTALLATIONS OF STREETLIGHTS OF BARANGAY LABANGAL
The Local Government Unit of Barangay Labangal, General Santos City, through the Barangay Fund, intends to apply the sum One Million Pesos only (P 1, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Purchase and Installations of Streetlights of Barangay Labangal.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. The Local Government Unit of Barangay Labangal, General Santos City now invites Bids from eligible Bidders for the Purchase of Five (5) Units of Computer Set with Printer. Delivery of the INFRASTRUCTURE is required by 60 calendar days from issuance of Notice to Proceed (NTP). The description of an eligible Bidder is contained in Section II of the Bidding Documents, ITB.
Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 12009, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”....
