Description : 1. The Local Government Unit of Jipapad, Eastern Samar through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-Eight Pesos and Eleven Centavos (P499, 998.11) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) as payment under the contract for the Purchase and Installation of Venetian Blinds for Annex Building and RHU.
2. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 91840, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorship, partnerships, or organizations with at least seventy five percent (75%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines.
