Item1: ( 031 - 67 ) Supply and install air Exhaust and fresh air Intake systems for the St. Croix Abattoir Supply and install two(2) Upblast Exhaust fans Supply and install one(1) Downblast fresh air intake (Supply) Fan Supply and install three(3) electrical systems on the roof for fans. Clean and adjust ventilation systems NOTES: The Abattoir kill floor is DESIGNED with two exhaust vents and one intake vent as noted by the exhaust and intake manifolds on the roof. The Exhaust vents are located in the kill/bleed areas of the abattoir. The Fresh air intake is located near the air conditioner We have designed and calculated the systems to work in harmony. The systems will exchange the total volume of air of the kill floor during slaughter activities every 5-10 minutes. We have carefully balanced the exhaust with the intake so there will be minimal to no major pressure differences during operation.
