" The Local Government Unit of Calinog, through the Mayor's Capital Outlay 2026 (Realignment) Intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (Php. 1, 500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION OF TRANSFORMER AT CALINOG NEW GOVERNMENT CENTER Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Calinog now invites bids for PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION OF TRANSFORMER AT CALINOG NEW GOVERNMENT CENTER, with the following Item/Description. Delivery of the Goods is required within Twenty (20) Calendar Days upon the issuance of Purchase Order (PO) and Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, within the last one (1) year from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
