1.The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF SOUTHERN, LEYTE BARANGAY BIASONG through the 20% DF intends to apply the sum of FOUR HUNDRED THIRTY-NINE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED THIRTY-FOUR PESOS AND 60/100 (Php439, 734.60) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION OF SOLAR STREETLIGHTS and with Ref. No. BLGU-BIASONG-2026-04-01. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2.The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF SOUTHERN, LEYTE BARANGAY BIASONG now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 30 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
