1. The Municipality of Talakag, through the General Fund, CY 2026(Non-Office) intends to apply the sum of Two Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-Seven Pesos (P2, 999, 997.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Purchase and Installation of Solar Street Lights (For POPSP Program) ITB-26-07035. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Talakag now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within 45 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 3 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
