Purchase and Installation of Solar Street Lights
1. The Barangay Government of Esperanza, Vintar, Ilocos Norte, through the Barangay Development Fund (BDF) for CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos Only (Php 150, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Purchase and Installation of Solar Street Lights (ITB No. 2026-08-001). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Barangay Government of Esperanza, Vintar, Ilocos Norte now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within fifteen (15) calendar days upon receipt of the NTP. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
