Description : Invitation to Bid for Purchase and Installation of Solar-Powered Street Lights
1) The Municipality of Lugus, Province of Sulu, through the General Fund - 20% Development Fund CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Ninety-Three Thousand Four Hundred Forty-Five Pesos and Twenty Centavos (Ᵽ3, 093, 445.2) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Purchase and Installation of Solar-Powered Street Lights. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of Lugus now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within 90 calendar days (90 CD). Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)...
