1. The Municipal Government of Palanas, through its General Fund CY 2025, intends to apply the sum of Two Million Pesos (P 2, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Purchase and Installation of Solar Panel (On-Grid Solar Power System) (See Technical Specifications). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
