Description : The Barangay Old Cabalan intends to conduct **REBIDDING** for the Purchase and Installation of Solar Lights (Purok 1 to 15 - Phase III) with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Three Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (₱350, 000.00).
The project involves the supply, delivery, installation, testing, and commissioning of solar street lighting systems, including solar panels, LED lamp fixtures, lithium batteries, controllers, galvanized steel poles, mounting accessories, and all necessary materials for a complete and operational system, covering One Hundred Twenty (120) units.
The scope of work includes complete installation with civil works, system testing, demonstration, and turnover of fully functional solar lighting units.
Delivery and installation shall be completed within thirty (30) calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP).
The procurement shall be conducted through Public Bidding in accordance with Republic Act No. 9184 and its 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations.
