Purchase and installation of handrails - stainless steel balustrades The subject of the order is the implementation of construction works under the task titled: "Purchase and installation of handrails - stainless steel balustrades", implemented under the European Funds for Małopolska 2021-2027 Program, Priority 5 European funds supporting social infrastructure, Measure 5.11 Support for Primary Health Care/Outpatient Specialist Care/Same Day Treatment, Project Type B. Support for AOS and same day treatment (other than regional), concluded in Krakow on August 11, 2025, between the Management Board of the Małopolska Voivodeship and SP ZOZ in Brzesko, in accordance with the scope specified in the design and technical documentation, Technical Specification for the execution and acceptance of works (STWiORB), decisions/ permits/agreements/expert opinions/resolutions, opinions/drawings/maps (if applicable), Specification of Procurement Conditions prepared for the task that is the subject of the contract. The subject of the order includes construction works at the headquarters of the Ordering Party in Brzesko, at ul. Kościuszki 68, in order to build handrails and balustrades on external accesses to SP ZOZ in Brzesko, together with the construction of two rest areas and improvement of selected architectural elements regarding accessibility.
