The subject of the order is the purchase and installation of the first kitchen equipment with facilities for the implementation of the program for the development of institutions caring for children up to 3 years of age, Active Maluch 2022-2029, carried out as part of the task entitled Improving the energy efficiency of public buildings in the Panki Commune - Thermal modernization of the Municipal Kindergarten building in Panki along with the implementation of the program for the development of care institutions for children up to 3 years of age, Active Maluch 2022-2029. The scope of the order includes the delivery and assembly of the first kitchen equipment along with the facilities (kitchen furniture, appliances and kitchen equipment) - hereinafter referred to jointly as: articles - on the terms and in accordance with the requirements of the Ordering Party specified in this specification (SWZ), the contract constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ and the detailed description of the subject of the order (SOPZ) - Annex 1 to the SWZ.
