Order award procedure: the order will be awarded according to an internal procedure the Ordering Party. Detailed information can be found in the annexes to this procedure. The result of the procedure generated by the platform is not tantamount to placing an order and signing a contract. Please submit your offer with attachments submitted in the form of document scans, preferably in the form of one PDF file. Before participating in the on-site visit, the tenderer is obliged to sign a confidentiality agreement (Appendix No. 5). The signed scan of the agreement should be placed on the purchasing platform, while 2 original copies of the contract, signed by hand, should be sent by traditional mail to the Ordering Party's address. In the Confidentiality Agreement, please complete the date of conclusion of the contract and company data on the first page. NOTE: The Ordering Party informs that in if you have a signed GENERAL confidentiality agreement according to Annex No. 5 The Contractor is not obliged to submit a new confidentiality agreement (valid from February 11, 2026).
