"Purchase and installation of containers for the selective collection of municipal waste" as part of the project "Development of the system for the selective collection of municipal waste" FELD.02.13-IZ.00-0020/24-00 - part seven 1. The subject of the order is the purchase of one new, external one container for selective collection of small electronic waste, its installation, preparation of design documentation and submission of construction notification required by law. 2. The contractor will prepare a land development design for reporting small facilities architecture in accordance with applicable law and agreeing it with the Ordering Party before submitting the application. 3. When preparing a land development project for submitting small architectural objects, the Contractor may use the services of another entity with appropriate authorizations. 4. The contractor will report the construction of a facility or the performance of works that do not require a building permit to the District Office in Zgierz. 5. Declaration of the right to use the property for specific purposes construction works necessary to submit the notification or other documents necessary to complete the task will be provided to the Contractor immediately after signing the contract. 6. The container will be installed in accordance with construction practice on an appropriate foundation on plot no 367/14, precinct 129, belonging to the Municipality of Zgierz. 7.
