Description : The Barangay Old Cabalan intends to procure the Purchase and Installation of CCTV Cameras and Accessories (Phase III) with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Four Hundred Thousand Pesos (₱400, 000.00).
The project involves the supply, delivery, installation, configuration, and commissioning of a complete CCTV surveillance system, including IP cameras, Network Video Recorder (NVR), storage devices, fiber optic and network cabling, power supplies, and all necessary accessories.
The scope of work also includes system testing, demonstration, and training of end-user personnel.
Delivery and installation shall be completed within thirty (30) calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP).
Interested bidders must submit their bids on or before June 16, 2026, 9:00 AM, at Barangay Old Cabalan Multipurpose Hall, Olongapo City. Bid opening shall follow at 10:30 AM on the same date.
