1. The LGU - Municipality of Maria, through Capital Outlay Fund/Office of the MEO - CY - 2026 intends to apply the sum of Ninety Thousand Pesos Only (₱ 90, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Purchase and Installation of Air Condition Units - at MEO, Maria, Siquijor/MAR-00054GSV-2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
