basic order 1The subject of the order is the purchase and implementation, together with integration and maintenance of the EZD class system in the National Broadcasting Council Office, i.e.: 1) performance by the Contractor of work consisting in the comprehensive delivery and implementation of the EOSID 2.0 System as part of basic order, containing modules whose functional requirements are described in the sheet of modules of the basic part of the EZD class System - sheet 1, constituting Annex No. 1 to the OPZ, constituting Annex No. 12 to the SWZ, i.e.: a) Mail incoming b)Outgoing mail c) Incoming letters d)Internal letters e) Outgoing letters f) Flashcards (mechanism of letter acceptance by many users) g) Case management h)Supporting replacements (through leaves or direct indications) i)Employees j)Digitization k) Contractors l) Electronic signature m)Integration with e-Delivery n)Integration with ePUAP o)Templates p)Archiving q) Chronological composition (registration of what cannot be archived, e.g. book, pendrive, etc.) r)Panel administrative s)Notes All requirements specified in the documents indicated above (including the basic part sheet (Appendix No. 1 to the OPZ)) as "mandatory" functionalities are minimum requirements.
