The Institute for Tropical Medicine is looking for a software system that can be used both as an Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN) and as a Lab Information Management System (LIMS) for, among other things, Biobank applications. We are looking for one software system in which pseudonymised patient data and bassociated sample data can be maintained. It must be possible to register data about the collection of the sample, experimental data and the location where the sample is located. The steel and everything that happened to it must be fully traceable.
The assignmentt includes the purchase and implementation of the software system (including the migration of historical and current data from our current LIMS, including all already established workflows and functionalities to this new system), including framework agreement for maintenance, hosting, and licenses.
