The subject of the order is the purchase and implementation of an IT system supporting the management of the Municipal Utilities Plant in Wieliczka Sp. z o. o. by Zakład Gospodarki Komunlnej w Wieliczka Sp. z o. o. street Winnicka 12, 32-020 Wieliczka. Requirements: The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial offers. The ordering party does not divide the order into parts depending on the subject of the order public. The subject of the order includes: Granting a license for an IT system supporting the management of a municipal enterprise. Delivery and implementation of an IT system supporting the management of a municipal enterprise. Delivery and database installation with the necessary licenses. Performing pre-implementation analysis. Conducting training for the Ordering Party's staff on how to use the implemented system. Provision of maintenance services. Providing at least a 60-month quality warranty for the delivered and implemented subject of the order. As part of the warranty, the Contractor must provide free service for the delivered equipment. The Ordering Party does not provide for employment requirements based on an employment relationship in these proceedings, o referred to in Art. 95 PZP.
