Detailed description of the subject of the order: The subject of the order is the delivery and implementation of a traveling reading system with the possibility of its subsequent adaptation to remote reading of water meters using LoRa Wan radio technology in the 868MHz band, which does not require a permit enabling future inclusion in the system other SmartCity devices, such as: I. intelligent street lighting controllers, II. parking sensors. Readings will be made remotely by collectors equipped with collector terminals, and data from water meter overlays will be read via portable radio devices and mobile devices with an application for Android or iOS and sent via the mobile network to the IT system.
