Purchase and implementation of an HR Information System for OPZC Rekem. The aim is to make our HR service within OPZC Rekem more efficient and service-oriented by implementing a new HR information system (HRIS). Many HR processes are currently ongoing still manual, which is error-prone and time-consuming and provides insufficient insights and service. An HRIS must automate these processes, centralize data, enable self-service functionalities for employees, guarantee the quality of the data and reporting and providing support for data-driven decisions. We prefer a platform that covers the HR cycle as completely as possible and seamlessly exchanges data with other platforms such as payroll processing (social secretariat) and time registration.
