Requirements for vehicles:
1) The subject of the order is the delivery of 3 pieces of brand new, low-emission MAxI class buses with electric drive along with 1 mobile charger.
2) Codes according to the CPV Common Procurement Vocabulary:
a. 34.12.11.00-2 public transport buses,
3) The buses being the subject of this order must be brand new vehicles (as defined in the Road Traffic Law of June 20, 1997, i.e. they cannot be previously registered and the mileage of the delivered buses cannot be greater than 1, 500 km;
4) The Ordering Party requires that all structural elements, parts, equipment, as well as equipment, devices and tools delivered with the buses, if required, be brand new.
5) a) regarding vehicle approval - specified in the Act of 20 June 1997 Road Traffic Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1251) and in the regulation of the Minister of Transport, Construction and Maritime Economy of August 2, 2023 on the type approval of motor vehicles and trailers and their equipment or parts (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1651),
