Tender Details

1. The inquiry concerns the purchase and delivery of an XRT type X-ray separator. 2. The Ordering Party does not allow the purchase of used devices. 3. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial offers or variant offers. 4. Purpose of the item orders: Intended for the separation of non-ferrous metals in terms of their density, in particular dedicated to the separation of aluminum from heavy metals such as copper and zinc and for the separation of plastic fractions containing significant amounts flame retardant fillers (containing chlorine/bromine). 5. Input material: A mixed stream of materials originating from waste processing processes in the form of elements of waste electrical and electronic equipment. The fraction in question undergoes separation processes using the subject of the order will be subjected to the previous processes of at least fragmentation, magnetic separation and eddy current separation. Fraction size - diameter ranging from 10 to 120 mm. 6. Scope of the subject orders a) XRT type X-ray separator according to the specifications contained in Chapter III; b) Documentation confirming the compliance of the device with applicable legal regulations; c) Technical and operational documentation, in particular the operating manual in Polish; d) Delivery and assembly of the subject of the order; e) Technical commissioning and technological testing; f) Conducting training for the Ordering Party's employees.
