KWP Katowice invites you to submit a price offer for the purchase and delivery of 400 sets of work clothes (sweatshirt + dungarees) Briźton Spark Appendix No. 1 - INVITATION together with a description of the subject of the order. The given unit price should include all costs. related to delivery. Estimated completion date: 7 business days from the date of signing the order/contract - successive deliveries. Delivery should take place on business days from Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Please inform about the delivery date one day in advance. Payment must be made within 30 days of receiving a correctly issued VAT invoice. All costs and risks related to the implementation of the subject of the order are borne by the Contractor. The ordering party expects the product data sheet to be included in the language Polish - at the stage of submitting offers as an attachment to the procedure - SEPARATELY FOR EACH CATALOG NUMBERS. At the same time, the Ordering Party requires: - submitting (in the form of a scan) a declaration constituting Annex No. 2 under pain of nullity and - attaching - in in the form of an attachment - to the offer of catalog cards or product cards. All costs and risks related to the implementation of the subject of the order are borne by the Contractor. We reserve the right to withdraw from the order/sign the contract without giving a reason. The Ordering Party reserves the right to extend/reduce the order - without giving a reason.
