Video endoscopes for urological procedures with the use of an adapter
Agreements regarding the resolved packages will be concluded immediately after the completion of the proceedings for a period of 24 hours months.
A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the annexes:
1) Price form (separately for each package) Annex No. 1.1 to SWZ,
2) Technical specification (separately for each package) - Annex No. 1.2 to SWZ,
3) Quality and service warranty conditions - Annex No. 1.3. do SWZ,
obligations regarding the method and deadlines for delivery, including: deposit and lending.
The Ordering Party allows for the submission of partial offers, and therefore the subject of the order is divided into 2 parts (packages).
The ordering party does not limit the number of parts of the contract that may be awarded to one contractor. The Ordering Party does not envisage separating individual items from the packages specified in the SWZ during the tender procedure.
