Tender Details

1. Part 1 - Vehicle with T1B.2 tractor approval. A detailed description of the subject of the order for individual parts is specified in Chapter II and constitutes an annex to the Specification of Terms and Conditions of the Order (hereinafter referred to as the Specification of Terms and Conditions). All devices, incoming products the scope of the order should be brand new. By the term brand new, the customer understands products made of new elements, without any traces of damage, not post-lease in the manufacturer's original packaging (according to the PWN dictionary it means - just made, not used, not destroyed, recently purchased, freshly made, not refurbished).3.The Ordering Party, in accordance with the provisions of Art. 99 section 5 and art. 101 section 4 of the Public Procurement Law, allows equivalent solutions for the offered equipment and accessories that meet the applicable standards and requirements. The Ordering Party reserves that wherever trademarks, patents or the origin of devices or materials are indicated in the description of the subject matter of the order, they should be treated as only as suggestions. The ordering party allows methods, materials, devices, systems, technologies, etc.
