1) The MUNICIPALITY OF BILIRAN, through the Trust Fund intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Fifty Three Thousand Pesos Only (353, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Purchase and Delivery of Various Office Equipment (PR 2026-03-01). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The MUNICIPALITY OF BILIRAN now invites bids for Purchase and Delivery of Various Office Equipment (PR 2026-03-01) using the Lowest Calculated Responsive Bid as award criteria. Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 Calendar Days from the receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least within the period of ten (10) years a single contract that is similar to this Project, equivalent to at least fifty percent (50%) of the ABC.
