PURCHASE AND DELIVERY OF VACCINES FOR SEASONAL INFLUENZA VACCINATION PROGRAM
1) The Municipal Government of Teresa, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of NINE HUNDRED SEVENTY-FIVE THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (P 975, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PURCHASE AND DELIVERY OF VACCINES FOR SEASONAL INFLUENZA VACCINATION PROGRAM. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipal Government of Teresa, now invites bids for above procurement project. Delivery of the Goods is required 15 days. Bidders should have completed, at least 3 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
