INVITATION TO BID

PURCHASE AND DELIVERY OF VACCINE, BIOLOGICS and DRUGS

1. The Local Government Unit of Bagabag through 2023-20% Development Fund, intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION AND 00/100 PESOS ONLY (₱ 1, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Purchase and delivery of vaccine, biologics and drugs for animal health services and animal vaccination in the municipality. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The LGU of Bagabag n ow invites bids for the Purchase and delivery of vaccine, biologics and drugs for animal health services and animal vaccination in the municipality.. Delivery of the goods/services is required by ten (10) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
