Purchase and delivery of training materials for tactical rescue training of the Air Ambulance Service. 1. The subject of the order is the supply of training materials used as part of tactical rescue training. The Contractor is obliged to provide the Ordering Party with: 1) hemorrhage control kits - 576 pieces, 2) tactical rescue backpack - 4 pieces, 3) emergency medical backpack - 1 piece, 4) PSP r1 set in a backpack - 1 piece, 5) Israeli-type dressing - 576 pieces, 6) tactical compressed gauze - 576 pieces, 7) tactical armband (stamp) - 100 pieces, 8) team first aid kit - 17 pieces, 9) VR first aid kit - 2 pieces. 2. Detailed requirements for each type of training materials and all requirements regarding the number of elements included in a given training material are included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ (Description of the subject of the order). The conditions for the implementation of the subject of the order are included in the Draft Provisions of the Agreement constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ.
