Purchase and delivery of teaching aids and equipment for school facilities in the Szemud Commune - teaching aids (stage II) 1. Task implemented as part of the project "Program for the development of key competences of primary school students in the Szemud Commune" co-financed by the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+), Priority 5 European funds for a strong Pomerania ESF+, Measure No. 5.8. General and vocational education under the European Funds for Pomerania 2021-2027 program (FEP 2021-2027)” 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in (OPZ) Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. 3. Moreover, the Contractor is obliged to complete the order on the terms and conditions described in the project contract 4. All equipment and aids teaching equipment and IT devices purchased and installed under the subject order must be brand new - unused, unused, unmodified, technically efficient, originally packed by the manufacturer, not withdrawn from production, free from legal and physical defects, complete. 5.
