Tender Details

The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of teaching aids and equipment as part of the project entitled: "Support for good quality education at the Primary School. Maria Konopnicka in Skaratki, Part I: Purchase and supplies of teaching aids and equipment. A detailed description of the Subject of the Order with specification of the type and quantity of products constituting the subject of the order includes: - Annex No. 1a to this ToR - Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order - applies to Part I, the Contractor will deliver to the Ordering Party the subject of the order, in accordance with the terms of Appendix No. 5 to the SWZ - Draft Agreement and shall bear the full risk related to the risk of its loss or damage until it is accepted by the Ordering Party. From the moment of confirmed receipt by the Ordering Party Under the Acceptance Protocol, the entire risk of damage or loss of the subject of the contract is transferred to the Ordering Party. The Contractor is responsible for the entire order, including the course and timely execution, quality, compliance with technical, qualitative and regulations in force in this regard.
