By joining the procedure, the bidder accepts the following conditions: Seller The person offering the product is obliged to submit, along with the offer, documents enabling the assessment of the subject of the order. 1. The unit price includes delivery costs. 2. The offer is valid for a minimum of 30 days from the end of the procedure.4. Buyer joins an attachment in which you should enter the unit price and net value for a particular assortment. 5. Delivery required to: PKP LHS Company Office, ul. Szczebrzeska 11, (room 21)22-400 Zamość. 6. Deliveries only on business days from 7:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. 7. The required payment deadline is 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods and a correctly issued invoice. 8. The order will be processed for a period of 12 months or until the amount allocated for the order is used, whichever comes first. The order will be fulfilled on the basis of partial orders placed9. The assortment that is the subject of the offer must be covered by at least a 12-month warranty period. 10.
