Description of the procedure:Payment terms - By bank transfer - 21 days from issuing the invoice.Delivery cost - On the supplier's side - to KWP Katowice.Warranty - min. 24 months (not less than the manufacturer's warranty) Delivery date - 14 days from the order/signing the contract. Implementation on the basis of: order/contract. The ordering party requires that the equipment is brand new and not previously used in any other projects, free from technical and legal defects, admitted for trading, of good quality and grade I. The ordering party requires that the equipment delivered under the contract comes from legal distribution channels of manufacturers of equipment intended for European Union market. The Ordering Party reserves the right to cancel the procedure or limit the quantity of the ordered product range in the event of lack of funds to purchase the above-mentioned devices. The Ordering Party reserves the right to ask the Bidder who has not completed a previous order, performed it improperly or refused to sign the Agreement to participate in the proceedings.
