1. The inquiry concerns the purchase and delivery of a specialized vehicle for the collection and transport of municipal waste (large). 2. The vehicle specification is indicated in Chapter III of the Request for Quotation No. 01/REKO/NFOŚ/2026 of April 2, 2026 3. Ordering party under this the procedure does not allow the purchase of both the vehicle and its structure as used elements. 4. The scope of the subject of the order includes: a) The vehicle with its bodywork complies with the specifications contained in Chapter III of the Request for Proposal No. 01/REKO/NFOŚ/2026 of April 2, 2026; b) Declaration(s) of compliance with applicable standards for the offered development; c) Vehicle documentation in accordance with the provisions of Polish law in force on the date of delivery; d) Technical and operational documentation for the development, in particular user manual in Polish; e) Delivery to the project site and functionality check; f) Conducting training for the Ordering Party's employees in the field of operation.
