After evaluating the offers, the Ordering Party will inform you the bidder who submitted the most advantageous offer that is not subject to rejection, having to submit a Declaration constituting Annex 1 to the proceedings, signed in accordance with the representation. When submitting an offer, the contractor is obliged to submit it together with the offer documents enabling the assessment of compliance of the offered item with the requirements of the Ordering Party. Terms of procedure regarding the offer and order execution: 1. Place of delivery: PKP LHS sp. z o.o. street Szczebrzeska 11, 22-400 Zamość 2. Unit price includes transportation cost.3. Payment within 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods and a properly issued invoice.4. The Ordering Party requires that the offered item be brand new, original, unused, factory packed.5.
