In order to submit an offer correctly, you must: - complete the unit prices of the products in the "Offer" tab. - within the time specified in the procedure (until the date of opening of offers), send product cards; - within the date indicated in the procedure (until the date of opening of offers), send samples of the indicated products; the Ordering Party reserves the right to carry out further stages in this process, e.g. electronic auction and/or negotiations. The Ordering Party requires that the Contractor participating in the procedure send samples of the offered product to the address al. Jerozolimskie 56C, 00-803 Warszawa, referring to the following name and surname: Mateusz Krzysztofik. Note: Any questions, including requests to change the content of the contract or the description of the subject of the order, may be submitted until the date indicated on the purchasing platform as "Question end date".
