Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of servers with a disk array to the seat of the Ostrów Mazowiecka City Hall.2. A detailed description is included in the Description of the Subject of the Order - technical form.3. The rights and obligations of the Contractor are specified in detail in the designed ones contractual provisions.4. In places where the description of equivalent technical requirements indicates trademarks, patents, origin, source or a specific process that characterizes the products delivered by a specific Contractor, the Ordering Party allows the submission of equivalent offers. An offered product that meets the equivalence criteria/parameters described by the Ordering Party will be considered an equivalent solution. 5. A contractor who, at the stage of submitting an offer, refers to equivalent solutions described by the Ordering Party, is obliged to demonstrate that the solutions it offers meet the requirements specified by the Ordering Party. In such a case, the contractor attached a list of equivalent solutions with their description or standards to the offer.
