Purchase and delivery of computer servers Purchase and delivery of file servers The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of servers divided into tasks. 2. The Ordering Party will conclude a framework agreement for each task separately with a maximum of eight (8) Contractors whose the offers meet all the requirements of the SWZ and the Public Procurement Law and will receive the highest number of points based on the offer evaluation criteria specified in Section X of the SWZ. If fewer offers that cannot be rejected are submitted, the Ordering Party will conclude framework agreement with all contractors for a given task who meet all the requirements of the SWZ and the Public Procurement Law. If one non-rejectionable offer is received for a given task, the Ordering Party will conclude a framework agreement with one Contractor. 3. The Ordering Party informs that after concluding the framework agreement, it will award partial (executive) orders successively depending on the needs and obtained financial resources for implementation, in accordance with the terms of the order specified in the framework agreement, without carrying out the procedure competitive pursuant to Art. 314 section 1 point 1 of the Public Procurement Law in the form of cascade awarding of contracts based on the unit prices offered in the proceedings conducted to conclude the framework agreement described in points 3.1-3.4, subject to § 7 and § 8 section 3 of the draft provisions of the contract.
