1. The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of a server with software and disks for the matrix as part of the Cyberbezpieczny Samorzd program: 1) Server 1 pc. 2) Software for monitoring (auditing) the Active Directory environment 1 pc. 3) Expansion of the Fujitsu matrix ETERNUS DX200 S5.2. The description of the subject of the order is Appendix No. 1 to SWZ.3. The delivered devices must be brand new, functional, unused, not exposed at exhibitions and fairs, undamaged and free from third party rights, safe, complete, i.e. with all accessories necessary for their use.4. The contractor will ensure that the equipment is packaged as required to prevent damage or deterioration of its quality during transport to the place of delivery.5. There will be equipment marked in accordance with applicable regulations, in particular safety signs.6. The Contractor will provide the Ordering Party with instructions for using the equipment or, if they are made available by the manufacturer in electronic form, it will provide web addresses where they can be downloaded.7. The Ordering Party requires a guarantee and warranty in accordance with the OPZ constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ and the Contractor's offer...
