PKP Linia Hutnicza Szerokotorowa sp. z o.o. in Zamość invites you to submit a price offer for the purchase and delivery of the items mentioned in the procedure, in accordance with the description included in the subject of the order. After evaluating the offers, the Ordering Party will inform you the bidder who submitted the most advantageous offer that is not subject to rejection, having to submit a Declaration constituting Annex 1 to the proceedings, signed in accordance with the representation. When submitting an offer, the contractor is obliged to submit it together with the offer documents enabling the assessment of compliance of the offered item with the requirements of the Ordering Party. Terms of procedure regarding the offer and order execution: 1. Place of delivery: PKP LHS sp. z o.o. Grupa Magazynowa Zamość - Bortatycze Multi-Branch Warehouse Wysokie 3, 22-400 Zamość 2. Unit price includes transport costs. 3. Payment within 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods and a correctly issued invoice. 4. The Ordering Party requires that the offered item be brand new, original, unused, factory packed. 5. The product range that is the subject of the offer must be covered by at least a 12-month warranty period. 6. The Ordering Party reserves the right to introduce changes or cancel the procedure without giving a reason. 7.
