PB 2026-16
1. The Local Government of Dinalupihan, through the Local Government Unit Operating Budget 2026 intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Ten Thousand Pesos Only (Php510, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Purchase and Delivery of Sacks. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government of Dinalupihan now invites bids for Purchase and Delivery of Sacks. Delivery is Ten days (10) days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. The prospective bidder must have completed, within the period specified in the Invitation to Bid, an SLCC that is similar to the contract to be bid, and whose value, adjusted to current prices using the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) consumer price indices, must be at least fifty percent (50%) of the ABC. 38 Refer to Appendix 9 for the Guidelines in the Determination of Eligibility of Foreign Suppliers, Contractors, and Consultants to Participate in Government Procurement Projects.
